With 76,000 square feet of stage space and over 40,000 square feet of executive offices, bullpens, and support space, we are a prime location for full-length feature films and multi-series television orders.  Each of our stages is audience rated, features a silent HVAC system, and has on-site truck parking for added convenience.

Production offices are fully equipped with lot wide Wi-Fi & Fiber that interconnect to all buildings on the lot. Our historic bungalows offer a private, premium alternative for executives and talent — Featuring remodeled bathrooms with showers and VIP parking access, this space is designed to be your home away from home.
